  • 6:30 pm: Thursday Throwdown!
  • We will have a Thursday Throwdown (pickup-style hash!). Meet at 6:30, on out at 7pm. Hash Cash: Just $2 and not included in your RDR Rego. This is a true Throwdown, being race-ist is a way of life, so prepared to run.
  • Location: The Vine.
  • 5pm – 7pm: Pre-RDR registration check-in at the start of Thursday Throwdown. If you’re local or in town early come out to the Throwdown start location to pick up your registration packet. Location: The Vine – 801 E Apache Blvd, Tempe, AZ 85281

Friday – Date to be announced

  • 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Registration opens.
  • 4:30 pm: Welcome Trail away! Included in your RDR Rego
  • 6:30pm: Dinner is Served.
  • 7:00pm: Start changing into your costumes for the room crawl.
  • 8:00 pm: Room to Room Crawl
    • Theme: TBA
  • 9:00 pm – 11:00 am: DJ set! Dance the night away or boogie from room to room during the Room Crawl.

Saturday – Date to be announced

  • 6:00 am: Wake up and go back to your own room. Who was that you woke up next to anyway?
  • 7:00 am to 11:00 am: Free hotel breakfast is served.
  • 9:00am-10:00am: Mimosas and Bloody Marys
  • 9:00am – 9:45am: Kilted Beer Yoga
  • 9:00 am – 11:00 am: Registration opens again. Come pick up your stuff!!
  • 10:00am-11:00am: Sex Position Wrestling
  • 12:00 pm: Start getting glamorous in your red dresses.
  • 12:30 pm: Group photo in the courtyard
  • 1:00 pm: Pack away for Phoenix Red Dress Run
    • Please bring ID and CASH on trail
    • Please adhere to the Code of Conduct while on trail
  • 5:00 pm: On-In and Dinner at the bar
  • 8:30 pm: Lack of Talent Show. Start fluffing your jokes up now!
  • Midnight Naked Hash Starts Directly after the Lack of Talent Show

Sunday – Date to be announced

  • 6:00 am: Wake up, grab a red dress that’s laying on the floor, and go back to your own room. Is that even your red dress? It is now.
  • 9:00 am: Clean up party. Pick up from the night before.
  • 9:01 am: Kill the kegs!!
  • 8:00 to 11:00 am: Breakfast is served
  • 9:30 am: Hangover Hash!
  • 11:00 am: Be checked out of your room (Do this before going on the hangover hash!)
  • 11:30 pm: Circle – Atone for your sins from the weekend!

Monday – Date to be announced

  • Please come out for the Lost Boobs Hash!
    • This is a separate event, our weekly Monday night hash. Hash cash – $5. Visitors get a patch!
